Wellness Services & Events

Centra Wellness Network believes that wellness is an important component of a person's ability to live a healthy and meaningful life in the community in general and of a person’s ability to recover from a mental health condition in particular. Therefore, we promote wellness related activities for the individuals and families that we serve, for the community at large, and for our own employees. We offer a number of innovative practices and resources with this as a goal.

We provide the following programs for opportunities to learn, engage, and expand health and wellness:
